The desk clerk is in charge of checking in the customer and providing them with directions to their room, as well as information about the available amenities offered at the hotel. Hotel Front Desk Clerks may also communicate with guests via phone, handling any problems with the guests' hotel room. Also responsible for cleaning areas,laundry and other duties.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work setting:
- In-person
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
